Are Europeans Still Investing in Florida?

The short answer is yes.  But lately, with the political unrest in central and south America many folks from that region have been using Florida as a "Land Bank".  Invest in property now and you'll earn appreciation (potentially) just like interest.  The property will be safer than a bank in many locations when you want to get your cash out.   Makes a ton of sense if you have inflationary or political uncertainty south of the US border.

But, we still enjoy our European friends - I think Rocky's sudden idol is from the Czech Republic.
