What Land Can Be Developed in Florida?

Welcome to Florida.

Most people have forgotten that Boston is a city because the people in the area hauled all their trash into the marsh for a few generations, the water dried up and then somebody like me came along and starting building and selling homes on the former wetlands.

You can't technically do that anymore but, if you really want to be bored beyond the point of no return, ask me how wetlands trading credits work in the sunshine state and you'll hear some frightening similarities to the wetland treatment by Bostonians in the 1700s.

It's not that bad, but with 400,000 people moving to the state every year we need to make sensible choices about raw land throughout Florida.  Occasionally, I will notice some pristine waterfront, have a glass of champagne and come up with what sounds like a great plan.  At least to me.....
