Why Should I Live on a Golf Course?

Welcome to Florida.

I grew up in New England in a house built in 1926 on a street from the 1700s.  Neither the house, nor the street were close to level or straight.  But we had some good trees and there were parks to play in, that coupled with our yard; was plenty of space.  Fast forward to my relocation to Florida and the desire to be by the beach and suddenly every lot I looked at seemed tiny - which was't a big deal until 2014.

Kids need room to play.

So even if you're not a golfer there are many benefits to living on a course, especially if your 3 year old likes to drive his tractor.....
