Who is The Best Builder in Sarasota?

When folks consider building in the Sarasota Area they will often ask me, 'who is the best builder?' That is kind of like asking a server in a restaurant 'what is the best meal here?'. The answer has to be, 'it depends on what you like'. For someone that dislikes decisions and customization, a production builder is the way to go, the ones that operate in Sarasota are solid and I have sold their product(s).
If it's someone that is looking for affordable custom work, I represent the only builder I would feel comfortable recommending and if it's a builder inside a resort style community who builds with limited options, I have three to recommend.
